Vesi-Safe
Extracellular Vesicles storage buffer
EVs are sensitive to various environmental factors, such as temperature fluctuations, pH changes, and freeze-thaw cycles.
Maintaining the stability of extracellular vesicles (EVs) is crucial for both storage and experimental procedures. Vesi-Safe is specifically designed to stabilize EVs, helping to preserve their structural integrity and biological activity over time, ensuring the reliable and reproducible EV experiments.

Vesi-Bind Fc-mNG
Engineered EV's for functional studies and analytics.
Vesi-Bind Fc has the unique capability of functionalising EVs with human IgG1, mouse IgG2 or rabbit IgG antibodies at their surface using their Fc domain. This new class biological nanoparticle is an EV isolate from cells engineered to express mNeonGreen in the presence of CD63, with an Fc-binding function at the surface. This construct allows the efficient binding of IgG antibodies via the Fc end, leaving the functional side accessible for binding experiments.

Vesi-Ref CD63-GFP
Fluorescent EV standard for nano-bio research
Vesi-Ref CD63-GFP is an extracellular vesicle isolate derived from HEK 293 cells engineered to express the fluorescent protein GFP in the presence of the CD63 tetraspanin protein. Standards run prior to an experiment are used to assess the limits of detection of analytical instruments. By measuring size, concentration and biomarkers by fluorescence labelling, it is possible to confirm that unknown samples are correctly characterised for these properties.
